The One and Done Student Film Festival is a dynamic celebration of student filmmaking, bringing together emerging talent from across Colorado for a night of cinematic creativity and community. Hosted at the iconic Fox Theatre in Boulder on April 25, the festival provides a platform for student filmmakers to showcase their work on the big screen, surrounded by peers, mentors, and film enthusiasts.

What began as a small, local event has grown into an annual tradition, an opportunity for students to share their unique perspectives, experiment with storytelling, and push creative boundaries. The festival highlights a diverse selection of films, ranging from narrative and documentary to experimental and animated works, reflecting the bold and innovative spirit of the next generation of filmmakers.

This year’s festival will be led by Sophia Davis, Tomas Gibson, and Aidan Roof, who continue to cultivate an inclusive and inspiring space for young creatives. In addition to the film screenings, we will have a special live performance by Boulder based band Big Pinch blending the worlds of film and music into one unforgettable experience.

With the historic Fox Theatre as its backdrop, known for its intimate atmosphere and deep roots in Boulder’s arts scene, One and Done is more than just a film festival; it’s a celebration of storytelling, collaboration, and the vibrant creative community that makes Colorado a hub for independent cinema.
