The Aggie Theatre can accommodate 625 fully standing and 150 to 300 seated guests, depending on your room configuration. 

When you rent the Aggie Theatre, your rental fee includes:

• State-of-the-art sound and lighting systems.

• Up to 3 production engineers + stage manager.

• Experienced event staff (house manager, security staff, bar staff, post-event janitorial service).

• Personalized Marquee on your event day.

• 14 Cocktail tables (linens not included).

• 6 Banquet tables of varying sizes (linens not included).

• 2 Private dressing rooms with bathrooms, showers, and laundry.

• Outside caterers who are licensed and insured are welcome.

• Production manager to advance for your entertainment or AV needs.

• Movie screen.

• High-speed network for up to 10 staff.

• Up to 3 planning meetings. Additional meetings may require a fee.

The standard rental rate is for eight hours of venue access unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional fees may apply for any time overage.
